Wednesday 1pm, 1.45pm
Friday 11.15am, 12noon
PM or WhatsApp to book, these appointments are available for assessment/treatment of an injury or they can be used for a 1-1 Pilates session.

Quite often I get asked who do I see. Well, the answer is anyone who has a musculoskeletal condition or musculoskeletal pain.
Musculoskeletal means muscles / joints.
A large percentage of my clients come to the clinic with back pain, some with nerve pain as well going into the leg, others the pain is localised into their back. Back pain is not all that I treat though, I also see lots of people with knee problems, shoulder, hip, ankle pain.
