𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐘𝐄𝐑 𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐓𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓🏏🤩

𝙐𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙍𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝙜𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠-𝙩𝙤-𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠

We don’t often make posts like these but it was too good not to share🤩

A huge congratulations to Rory Williams of Colton Cricket Club and Yorkshire County Cricket Club (Official) who, 𝗮𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗹𝗱, scored back-to-back centuries for Leeds and Wetherby district. Two hundreds in two days is some feat💯👏🏻

Rory is someone we’ve been working with for a year now. Immediately we identified the talent and potential that he possesses from the way he strikes the ball, his technique and to the way he thinks about his game🙌🏻

This year, we’ve put an emphasis on 𝗡𝗢𝗧 training him for age group club matches but instead training and challenging him above his typical standard and getting him to think and train beyond his years. This way, he’s getting challenged which leads to development but also means that he will remain ahead of other kids his age and in the near future surpass players 5+ years his age in terms of tactically, technically, thought processes, mental strength, and building an innings, 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙮 𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙪𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙨.

We do this because we can see the potential in him and knew that this is what a player like Rory needs to reach his full potential and with performances like this - the proof is in the pudding🤝🏻

We’re extremely happy for Rory and what he has achieved this year. He fully deserves it given the work he’s put in with us and getting on board with what we were trying to achieve. We’re also delighted to see that our training approach and session plans with him led to these outcomes🏏

Thank you to Rory and his parents for seeing, trusting, understanding and backing the vision and processes we had in mind to help Rory develop and achieve such accomplishments🤝🏻
