Looking to try something creative? Join us for a relaxed Collage Club session on Monday 13 July, 5.30pm to 7pm at 1 The Lane.

Whether you're completely new to collage or already enjoy making art, this is a welcoming space to cut, layer and experiment with mixed media. All materials are provided, and there's no pressure, just come along and have a go.

Watercolour workshop today 🦋

A reminder that our Watercolour Workshop is taking place this afternoon.

This free session is open to women living in LS9 and is perfect for beginners.

Today's theme is butterflies, and we'll be learning some simple watercolour techniques to create a beautiful butterfly painting. If you've already got a watercolour project on the go, you're welcome to bring that along and work on it too.

Designed for absolute beginners, this weekly session will help you gradually build confidence and stamina in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.

Sessions take place every Thursday from 5.45pm to 6.30pm and start and finish at 1 The Lane.

Each session includes:

Warm-up
Guided beginner-friendly run/walk session
Cool-down

You’ll also receive a simple plan for extra sessions during the week to help build your fitness steadily.

We’ve got three more weeks of self-defence sessions coming up, and you’re invited!

Join us on Wednesday 8, 15 and 22 April for women-only classes led by . These sessions are designed to help you feel more confident, aware and capable when you’re out and about.

These sessions are beginner-friendly and take place in a relaxed, supportive environment. You’ll learn simple, practical movements you can remember under pressure, while gently building strength and confidence.

No experience needed. Come along, take it at your own pace and do what feels right for you.

We’re launching a brand-new women-only self-defence class designed to teach practical, easy-to-remember movements in a relaxed, supportive space. ⁠

​Each session will be led by Coach Jessie from Fullforce Gym. She’ll guide you through awareness skills, straightforward movements you can remember under pressure, and gentle fitness to help you feel more comfortable and confident using them.
