Player availability is getting more flexible in Pitchero.

We’re introducing event-based availability, designed for those busy days when your team has more than one fixture, training session or event scheduled.

Players will be able to respond to each event individually rather than having to give one answer for the whole day. At the same time, coaches and admins will get a clearer view of who is available for each event, making squad planning and team selection easier.

More improvements have landed in the Pitchero Club App, helping coaches and team managers spend less time chasing and more time focused on their team.

The latest updates make it easier to find and message the right people, follow up with players who are still marked as ‘Maybe’ and prepare for matchday by adding the opposition line-up directly in the app.

You can even include the opposition line-up on your Social Cards, giving you more options when sharing your matchday content.

📄 Introducing Secure Documents from Pitchero

Collecting important documents from players, parents, coaches and volunteers is part of running a sports club, but keeping track of everything across emails, messages and folders can quickly become difficult.

That’s why we’ve introduced Secure Documents to Pitchero.

🔐 Request, collect and manage documents securely in one place
👥 Send requests to teams, roles, groups or individual members
✅ Give members and parents a simple way to upload what the club needs
🛡️ Control which authorised administrators can access sensitive information

Less chasing. Less admin. Better organisation.
