🌟I don’t know the routines.🌟
Nobody does when they first come but they’re designed to be easy to pick up and you will be just fine even if you march on the spot till it clicks! There’s no wrong moves.
🌟i’m not fit enough!🌟
This one drives me mad! My classes are for normal people trying to improve their fitness. There’s no Olympic athletes in the room, just people on their own journey, at their own level of fitness doing their best. Every class is suitable for all levels.
🌟I’ve got 2 left feet🌟
Why not try Zumba Gold first to see how you feel with choreography. The steps are much more basic in this class but can push the impact to your level. If you feel comfortable you can try the more challenging choreography of regular Zumba or stay sparkling in Gold. If choreography really isn’t your thing. Try insanity! No steps to learn just working in 30 second intervals.
🌟I’m so busy/got the kids🌟
Don’t put your fitness at the bottom of the list. It’s important to factor in time to create a regular and consistent fitness schedule. Plus, kids are welcome to come along. Sit at the side, join in or join me online.
🌟The football is on🌟
The football doesn’t start till 9pm so that’s a rubbish excuse. Get there tonight and feel wonderful when you sit down at 9pm!
