Serves 2

2 medium peaches, chopped, frozen
1 medium banana, sliced, frozen
ΒΎ cup (190g) natural yogurt
Β½ cup (125ml) coconut water
1 scoop (25g) vanilla protein powder

What you need to do:

1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.

2. Divide between 2 bowls, add your favorite toppings and serve straight away.

Optional toppings:
Fresh Berries
Goji berries
Walnuts
Chia Seeds Muesli

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ LOW CARB BANANA & STRAWBERRY CAKE 🍰

Serves 16

4 small ripe bananas
1 cup (130g) wheat flour
Β½ cup (60g) buckwheat flour
ΒΌ cup (60ml) coconut oil
2 tbsp. stevia/xylitol
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
10 strawberries, halved

What you need to do:

1. Pre-heat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

2. Peel the bananas and place them in a food processor or high-speed blender. Blitz until smooth.

3. Add in the egg, oil and xylitol, then mix again. Next, add in the flours and baking powder, and blitz until a smooth batter is formed.

4. Transfer the batter into a greased or silicon cake tray. Place the halved strawberries on top and bake for around 60 minutes, until the cake is golden brown and cooked through.

Serves 4

1 x 14 fl. oz. (400ml) can coconut milk
2 tbsp. red curry paste
2 broccoli heads, florets
1 x 14 oz. (400g) can
chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. coconut oil

What you need to do:

1. Heat the oil in a large pan over a medium-high heat. SautΓ© the broccoli for 3-4 minutes, then add the curry paste and cook for further 2 minutes. Now add coconut milk and simmer gently for 5-8 minutes.

2. Next, add in the chickpeas and mix well to combine, bring to a gentle simmer.

3. Mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoon of cold water and add to the pan, simmer for about a minute, then reduce heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
