Officially, tomorrow I’ll have my first meal without carbs since the end of the season 😅

Every single meal I’ve had since coming out of prep has included carbs.

Why?

Because carbs are not the enemy.

They’re your body’s preferred source of energy. They help fuel your training, support recovery, replenish glycogen stores and can even help with performance, mood and concentration.

Yet so many women are still terrified of them.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard:
❌ “I don’t eat carbs after 6pm.”
❌ “Carbs make you fat.”
❌ “I’m trying to lose weight so I’ve cut carbs.”

The truth is, carbs don’t automatically cause weight gain. Eating more calories than your body needs over time does.

As a coach, I almost always encourage balanced meals that include protein, carbs and fats.

Could there be situations where carbs are reduced? Of course.

For example, during a bodybuilding prep when the goal is to get stage lean. But that’s a very specific situation with a very specific purpose.

For the majority of women trying to lose fat, build muscle, feel better and have more energy…

Carbs are your friend, not your enemy 🤍

So no, I’m not scared of eating rice, potatoes, oats or bread.

And neither should you be 🤗

One of my favourite GLUTES exercises 🍑

Here’s how I set up and perform Bulgarian split squats to get the most out of every rep.

Control > rushing.
Ex*****on > ego.

Save for your next glutes day 🍑

A lot of women avoid lifting weights because they’re worried they’ll get “too bulky.”

The reality?

Most women don’t need more cardio.
They don’t need to eat less.
They don’t need another detox.

They need to build strength.

Strength training isn’t just about changing how you look.

It’s about walking into a gym without feeling intimidated.
It’s about trusting your body instead of constantly trying to shrink it.
It’s about feeling capable, confident, and proud of what your body can do.

And yes, building muscle can help you create a more toned physique, support fat loss, and improve your health.

But the biggest change often happens in your mindset.

You stop chasing the smallest version of yourself and start building the strongest one.

What’s stopping you from lifting weights yet? 👇

Asta înseamnă impact. Asta înseamnă transformare.

I haven’t filmed my training sessions in a while and the reason is very simple…

I’M STILL DOING THE SAME EXERCISES I WAS DOING 30 WEEKS AGO.

Yep. 30 weeks.

No fancy exercise variations.
No random “muscle confusion.”
No changing my program every Monday because I got bored.

Why?

Because results come from getting better at the basics, not constantly replacing them.

The women who build muscle and change their physique aren’t hopping from workout to workout.

They’re focusing on:
✔️ Better technique
✔️ More reps
✔️ More weight
✔️ More control
✔️ More consistency

I’ve spent the last 30 weeks repeating the same movements and progressively improving them.

That’s how I’ve built strength.
That’s how I’ve built muscle.
That’s how I’ve continued to improve my physique.

The fitness industry loves to sell you novelty.

Your body rewards consistency.

Before you change your program, ask yourself:

Have I actually outgrown it…
Or am I just bored?

Progress is still progress, no matter what.

For a long time, I thought progress only counted when everything was perfect.

A perfect week.
A perfect diet.
A perfect training plan.

But real progress isn’t built in perfect weeks.

It’s built in the moments where you choose to keep going despite not being perfect.

The meal that wasn’t “healthy” enough but still nourished you.
The workout that wasn’t your best but you showed up anyway.
The day you stopped trying to make up for what you ate yesterday.
The moment you realised consistency matters more than punishment.

Most women don’t need to try harder.

They need to stop believing that one meal, one missed workout, or one imperfect day means they’ve failed.

Because the women who get results aren’t the women who never slip up.

They’re the women who keep moving forward after they do.

Small steps.
Repeated often.
Over time.

That’s how real transformation happens. 💗

What’s one small win you’re proud of lately? ✨👇🏼

RDLs are one of the best exercises for building glutes and hamstrings… but only if you’re doing them correctly.

I see so many girls doing it wrong, but don’t just give up on them. It took me years to get them right. Just keep working on the technique and don’t ego lift until you feel like your glutes are working properly.

Common RDL mistakes I see:

❌ Turning it into a squat
❌ Rounding or over arching the lower back
❌ Letting the weight drift away from the body
❌ Bending the knees too much
❌ Going lower than your mobility allows
❌ Using the upper body to bring the weight up
❌ Pushing only from the heels

Remember: RDLs are a hip hinge, not a squat.

Save this for your next lower body session and let me know which mistake you’ve been making 👇
