Ahh Homobloc you never fail to disappoint! The most amazing feeling of q***r resistance and joy, which is more important now than it has been for a long time. Proof that no matter what, love, freedom and joy really will always win 💪🧡💃

One thing I always try and instil in my Yoga teaching is this: just because something feels hard, scary or uncomfortable, does NOT mean you can’t or shouldn’t do it 💪🏻

For me, stepping out to compete on my own THE RAINHILL TRIALS // FITNESS EVENTS for the first time, and at an intermediate level, was very much that. With the guidance of Mikey Smith | Personal Trainer | Online Coach and a healthy mix of delusion, chaos and hard work, we smashed it mate.

Do the hard things and I promise you, you’ll uncover a version of yourself that is an unstoppable force. And if you come practice with me I will brainwash you into believing you can do anything 💪🏻🧡

This one had to make it to the grid, thanks to Josh for capturing the moment. Unforgettable set 😮‍💨

Sometimes you just need to say f**k it and dance for hours without a single care ✌🏻✨

Oh Lost Village you have my whole heart 🥹✨

Forever grateful to Pip Roberts for inviting me back for another year. The space you’ve curated here Pip is just the most magical thing 😍

While the storms tried to stop us, I’m afraid they only added to the awe and hilarity (although I’m paying the price now 🤧)

So, here’s to another year of dancing beneath the trees, sharing my undying love for Yoga, dancing with c*nty Chewbacca, crying when Overmono dropped Turn The Page, and absorbing all the magic that the woods have to offer 👽✨

For legal reasons these are all a joke 👀

But seriously, there’s a reason this generation is so resilient…

Just some snippets of my story so far…

Feeling very reflective, proud and inspired after 18 months of studying the link between Yoga and stress.

Sharing this with the world is my dharma, if you’ve played any small role in that, or for those I’m yet to meet… thank you.

The more I’m indoctrinated into the word of CrossFit, the more I see so many parallels between it and Yoga 🤔

Give me your two cents 👇

Sometimes it’s okay to wallow 🐷🧡

Animal healing 🐮🧡

An afternoon on a farm spent cow cuddling, hen feeding, lamb spotting, goat kissing and dog fussing.

My cup hasn’t felt especially full for a little while, but today it’s pretty much overflowing. Would recommend 🧡🐮
