Believe they have to eat just there greens and little portions

But in reality this just causes issues

Starving so much then leading to snacking

Then that leads to binge eating

And your right back to where you started

Focus on filling meals loaded with protein!!! This leaves u fuller and have more energy and stops the craving and binging
