Hey folks, please don't make any bookings at the minute, the booking form had an update and it's went a bit wonky, showing people have booked in on days but showing me the wrong days

Hopefully it should be fixed soon

Hey everyone, timings are going to change a little as of next week due to my gym shifts changing so please don't book in any sessions for next week until I update the timings after tonight 😊

Also please keep in mind the gym will be closed for a total refresh Monday 30th and Tuesday 31st, reopening on Wednesday at 8am 💪you'll have access to ayr and irvine gyms on those days though 😊

Very important post...

This page is for booking your sessions, which is very easy to do.

This might sound harsh but as of now I won't be responsible if you fail to book in your sessions and miss out on any of your sessions.

I already work 5 days a week and I am no longer coming in for any additional days because people fail to book sessions and I have to come in on my days off to cover these sessions, as much as I love my job I need my days off too.

Please get your sessions booked in by using the book now button
