Doing things a lil differently these days I suppose 🙈✨

If you would rather work out from the comfort of your own home/home gym then I offer house visits ☺️ We can use whatever equipment you have but I will also bring equipment with me 💪🏻

These sessions can be done with your kids, pets, partners kicking about. You’re washing basket left out and your dishes not done. It really doesn’t matter ☺️ What matters is that you are making time for yourself 🩷

If you don’t fancy this then I also do online video call sessions. These are completely live and work the same as in person except done through a camera 🫶

This is a live online class done on teams (Free to get teams). It can be done with or without equipment and everyone is welcome! 💻 Works exactly the same as an in person class but done from the comfort of your own home.

We will be focussing on the legs, glutes and core 😍🍑

🔹 Online video call sessions - Train from the comfort of your own home with live video call sessions. These can be done with or without equipment and the option to discuss what you might need if you want to eventually get some kit is there.

🔹 Home visit sessions - PT on wheels 🚙 I can visit you at your house and train you. We can use equipment you already have but I will also bring kit with me.

🔷 With both of these options we would work on things specific to your goals during sessions and outwith you will receive a personalised workout plan (optional) plus nutritional guidance. Support is available anytime outwith your sessions.

You can have your camera on so I can assist you and you can keep your mic on so you can chat BUT if this is something your not keen on then you can turn both off 😊

The age old question

I DON’T KNOW WHERE TO START 😭

I know it sounds easier said than done but honestly you just need to start…if you have 3 takeaways a week but decide hiy I’ll just have the one this week then technically that’s a start.

Orrrr if you are sh*t at drinking water but manage one full bottle today whereas before it was zero then you’ve started.

Orrrrrr going for a walk on your lunch break where usually you would just sit on your phone….THAT COUNTS 👏

So yeah it is hard but once you start then there is only forwards to go 💪🏻

Ignore the fact that I’m a fashion icon 👀

I done a “Things I learned since leaving the gym” but what about THINGS I MISS…🤔

1) The cable machine - I miss a kickback, side raises, face pulls etc. 😭 Also the glute drive cause I HATE SETTING UP HIP THRUSTS…But I’ve been able to make it work in other ways

2) Free weight increase - Gyms have endless weight plates…I don’t at the moment 🤣 I’ve got 160kg worth of barbell weight which is amazing but my hip thrust is ready to go back up which means I need to fork out the pennies 😭

3) Having somewhere to do chin ups - I don’t have anywhere at the moment but I can get one of those retro pull up bars to go in the door frame 🤣

Honestly that’s it for now…I thought there would be more but there’s not?? I like the fresh air and I like dressing appallingly.

So ehhh yeah? 👍
