Stop thinking there is something you are missing when it comes to losing weight

You don’t need to try some new diet

You don’t need some fancy way of creating a deficit

You need to track your food

You need to make sure you are tracking it properly

You need to be consistent with it

Rinse and repeat

You can’t just track Monday - Friday and think that you deserve the weekend off cause you have done well 👏🏻

The weekend is when most people struggle not having a set break time / lunch time so routine for eating goes out the window

Be consistent for 2 full weeks and if you track properly and are in a deficit you will lose weight

Being a parent is hard

You can’t focus on your training as much as you used to

So before you know it you stop going to the gym and you gain 10-20kg

You think about how you used to be able to go 5-6 days per week and how much more confidence you had in yourself

You would love to go back to looking and feeling like that

But you can’t make the gym 5-6 day per week anymore

So what’s the point in trying

What’s the point as you can’t commit to the gym you way you used to in your late teens

It’s perfectly normal to lose your way when you have kids, your life is totally different now

But that doesn’t mean you can’t look and feel better than you currently do

Yes it’s going to be different but that doesn’t mean it won’t work

The biggest driver for you as a parent should be to set an example for your kids

Stop telling them and start showing them

One thing I hear a lot from people in the gym is that it isn’t there first attempt at trying to lose weight

They have tried multiple times to go themselves or use a partner/friend to keep them motivated to go with

But inevitably they always end up back where they started

No motivation
No weight loss
No new healthier habits
No new healthier eating habits
No gym structure
No program they can stick to

And 1 more failed attempt to lose the body fat they want

Think of it this way

Your car breaks down
Would you

A. Use YouTube,TikTok,Instagram or ChatGPT to try and find out what’s wrong with it, order the parts and then try and fix it yourself

B. Take it to a mechanic who can find out what’s wrong with it fix it right away and you can leave knowing your car is going to work again

It would be nice if they could fix it straight away, I know they aren’t like that but to get my point across let’s just say they can 😂

You would obviously pick option B

You don’t have a clue what your doing so you pay someone who does know what they are doing to help you get your car back on the road

Let’s not have another failed attempt at losing that body fat message me now and let get you more confident in the gym like David
