Finally finding my love of training again🫶🏼

I’ve been strength training for almost 13 years and I found myself in a bit of a rut with it over the past few months

I had to have a sit down, prioritise my goals and write a new program and I’m loving training again🤩

Happy to have my own spark back with training💪🏻

Tyree started training with me back in February and she’s smashing her training🤩

Tyree loves running but was experiencing a bit of knee pain on longer runs, within a few weeks we had her running pain free💪🏻

She first come having never been in a gym before and claiming she “wasn’t strong” but in only a few months she’s doing 40kg RDL’s, doing 15kg Lat pulldowns, 20kg seated rows and got a 10k PB of 51 mins- with absolutely no pain☺️

So proud of the work Tyree has put in, doing absolutely everything asked of her and with no complaints, even when I sneak extra weight on the bar😬

Leigh was one of my first clients when I first started my business 6 years ago☺️

She’s truly helped me grow as a trainer and has become such a good friend🫶🏼

When Leigh first came to me she would go to the gym occasionally but needed more structure. She also wanted to get leaner and stronger and she’s absolutely smashed it💪🏻

Leigh works some pretty brutal shifts, which she could easily use as an excuse to not train but she comes in every week and does everything I ask of her (alongside the sessions she does on her own)

Leigh easily hip thrusts 70kg, smashes out sets of 8 press ups, squats 50kg and does unassisted pull ups

Watching Leigh’s progress in the gym over the years has been unreal, the confidence she’s gained both in and out the gym has been incredible🫶🏼

I’ve been training Keira for around 6 months now and she’s absolutely smashing her training💪🏻

Keira is my youngest (and sassiest) client at 19 but is already doing 40kg RDL’s, benching 30kg and 20kg lat pulldowns

She comes in every session and does everything I ask of her, whilst moaning about it🤣, and is going from strength to strength each week🤩

Keira wanted to get stronger and she’s definitely done that! Can’t wait to see what other strength goals she achieves🫶🏼

Alongside either 1:1 or 2:1 personal training sessions (with each session completely tailored to you), you’ll also receive:

•Additional program to do on your own
•Nutritional support and guidance (if needed/wanted)
•Check ins to monitor progress

As a coach I believe in creating a positive environment. I love helping people get strong and fall in love with strength training💪🏻 and I absolutely love watching people gain confidence in and out of the gym

Come train with me🤩

Currently I’m doing 2-3 full body strength training sessions a week (alongside mobility and steps)

The main focus is glute growth and shoulder rehab💪🏻

Starting with 30kg Landmine SLDL (video is 25kg but I swear the next sets were 30🤣) a firm fave

Into Leg extensions 3x15 reps with a 5 sec pause of reps 1,5,10 & 15

Lat Pulldowns, another favourite and feels good on my shoulders (previous injuries means some things don’t feel great right now)

Dumbbell Bench, always been a favourite and feels much better than a barbell for now
Paired with Knee supported RDL’s

A fairly quick session since I was tight on time but got the job done🫡
