💫 IMPORTANT UPDATE 💫

A little update to our Flow Studio community who attend Tuesdays Reformer Pilates Classes 🤍

Please check the updated schedule on TeamUp, as there are a few temporary changes to our Reformer timetable. There are still other reformer class days and times available, so please book onto an alternative session where possible.

We never like cancelling classes, as we know how much they mean to you all, and we’re truly sorry for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to arrange cover on these occasions.

We aim to get the Timetable back to normal week commencing 6th July. Please contact us should you have any questions.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support, and we send Rachel our very best wishes with her recovery 🙏🏼✨
