Happy Easter Everyone. It’s been lovely to get out in the garden this weekend, looking even warmer for the next few days

We are shut next week until Friday 10th April when we open for normal classes.

Sunday 26th Beginners and refreshers

Every Friday afternoon we have our the resident physio for one to one sessions to deal with injuries and conditions that need a bit more attention

And every week we have our regular 22 mat classes and 7 hours of Reformer Plus classes
