What a way to start the day! 🔥🥊

The energy at our 6am Box N Burn class this morning was absolutely incredible.

From the first punch to the final round, everyone brought determination, focus, and serious effort.

There’s something special about getting up early, pushing your limits, and finishing a workout before most people have even started their day. 💪

Huge shoutout to everyone who showed up, worked hard, and supported each other throughout the session. Your commitment and positive attitude make these classes what they are.
