8kg down this year! π₯ πͺ
Chris works so hard in the gym (especially his bloody vocal cords π) but he has previously struggled with being all in, or all out. One slip up and he done the classic f*** it il start again Monday π€
We have really worked on this. He doesnβt have an active job, so we go lower calories during the week. To allow him to have a social life on the weekends πΈ
Small changes when it comes to eating takeaways, chicken kebab over pizza. ( higher protein for the gains and to keep him full and not continue to over indulge)π
There were a few other obstacles to overcome. Weighing his food. I got him to send me a picture of his meals and it was way more calories than he was putting in to my fitness pal. He was reading the labels wrong, usung cooked weight but weighing it raw
Communication between you and your coach is vital. You could think youβre doing everything right and make one mistake and it takes you out of your deficit β
Addressing binge eating. Identifying triggers. How to overcome them is something we are big on βπΌ
Well done Chris. You make the gym a happy, funny and positive place and we love you π«Άπ»
Proud coach π₯Ή
