I help busy people build strength, energy, and mental clarity through a simple, sustainable system built around movement, nutrition, mindset, and recovery. My approach was shaped by my own journey from an MS diagnosis to rebuilding my health through disciplined training, conscious habits, and consistency. My focus is not quick fixes, but long-term momentum, resilience, and balance in both body and mind.

What a brilliant turnout we had for the last Bro’s & Brews Walk & Talk! 🌉✨

​Seeing so many lads step out, connect, and hit the pavement together was incredible. The energy was fantastic, but honestly, the highlight might have been the massive catch-up we all had back at The Staiths Cafe afterward. There’s something powerful about sitting down together, decompressing, and just having a proper, honest chat over a warm drink.
​Speaking of that coffee—we have to give a massive, heartfelt thank you to a incredibly generous individual who kindly donated the coffees for the entire group last time! 🙌☕️ It was an amazing gesture that put a smile on everyone's face and truly embodies what this community is all about: looking out for one another.

​With the summer solstice upon us and those beautiful, endless lighter nights, we’re keeping our later 17:30 start time to make the most of the evening sun. Lock the next one into your calendar!

7 guys meeting for the first time for a walk & talk, sharing our stories, our pain, our struggles.
What hit me tonight was that we all carry a story, whether it's loss, health, relationships, finances.
What I've learnt from doing these walks is that being with a group of like minded men really does lighten the load.
Just being outside walking & talking is better than any therapy session 😊

Morning sunlight on the face. Ten minutes. No phone, no rush.
This is one of the simplest things I do for my mental health. Sets the circadian rhythm, lifts mood, drops cortisol where it needs to be. Free. Available to every man reading this.
And tonight — Bros & Brews. 5:30pm. You know where.
Here's why I do it:
5,200+ men die by su***de every year in the UK. That's 14 a day. It's the biggest killer of men under 50. The North East — where we live — has the highest male su***de rate in England at 23.8 per 100,000. Nearly double London.
We're not okay. And too many of us are walking around pretending we are.
Bros & Brews exists because men don't open up sat across a table being asked "how are you feeling." They open up shoulder to shoulder, walking, boots on the ground, brew in hand after. No therapy talk. No performance. Just men, moving, together.
That's it. That's the whole thing. And it works.
