Nicole picked up a great win on the road.. Fair trip to Ayrshire with a puncture, roadworks and traffic massively slowing us down getting there. But she pulled off a convincing win 🏆 Starting to put the pieces of the puzzle together now 🧩 🥊 Thanks to NCAF PROMOTIONS for inviting us down the road 🤜🏻🤛🏻

Never did get around to posting about our young lads trip to Musselburgh.

Here is a few photos we got from young Kori's mam..

Kori's was a non scoring exhibition bout.. with both kids having a great go... with no winner declared we are happy with the experience gained..

Kacper was up against Kori's opponents older brother.. lost out on a decision. Gave away the first round. Took the second and maybe the third too but I wouldn't have argued with a draw here. Sometimes you have to do a little more on the road to get decisions

No complaints here though both guys done well and gained some experience on the road also

I know with it being a boxing club it’ll feel nerve wracking, you might think
“but I’m not fit enough”
“I don’t like boxing”
“I don’t want to do competitions”

This isn’t what this class is about! It’s about trying something new.

I’m a big believer in boxing and how it helps mental health and I want to help people that struggle with stress through boxing!

These classes are for complete beginners! It’s a great way to channel what ever you’re feeling into these classes!
