Did you know I make training programs? Ever find yourself roaming around the gym wondering what you should do with no real structure?

Having a proper program to follow while in the gym is crucial for making gains and seeing the results you want as it will give you a structured plan to follow,

Which will make it easier to stay motivated and stay consistent with a routine.

And consistency is key if you want to see results (plus the amount of effort you put in).

I've personally more or less stuck to the same training routine for the last 4 years and it's worked tremendously,

so it just goes to show how important being consistent with your training program is for developing your body and getting you where you want to be.

Hey everyone, it's been a while since I've posted anything but today I am announcing that starting next month on the 14th of July, I will start personal training again over at Fitness Clan Gym where I will be utilising their excellent facilities to get you to your fitness goals, whatever they may be! Building muscle isn't complicated.
It really isn't.
As long as you're pushing yourself hard, improving every week (be it lifting slightly heavier or doing more reps), using proper form and stimulating the muscles, and staying consistent with your training... you're going to get results. There's really no need to overcomplicate things - it's that simple.
I'm not doing a good job selling myself here but I'm not going to bu****it you in saying I have some secret to offer because there is no secret ingredient.
There's no magic formula.
No special routine.
Just follow the above rules and you're set to making great gains. That's what I've always done and it's worked wonders.

I've been challenge to take part in a "cycle the world" challenge where myself and 19 others will collectively cover the distance around the entire world within 78 days all to raise money for Alzheimers Research UK!

We feel that with everything going on in the world, other important charities have been forgotten about, and we're determined to raise money for a good cause and to beat our challenge of cycling the world!

Online coaching isn't something I usually do and it's not something I currently offer, but 2 months ago I was contacted by someone looking to lose some weight and lower his hip size and they asked if I could give them a diet plan to follow... so I thought what the hell, why not?
So I made them a pretty simple diet to follow and at the end of every week he'd send me his progress and body measurements - free of charge. We made some adjustments to his diet here and there but the main focus I always emphasised was for him increase his activity levels as he was very sedentary. It didn't help that gyms were closed due to lockdown so I slowly built him up to walking 10km everyday. He didn't believe me at first when I told him to just walk more but once he did and saw the results, he didn't look back.
Getting him to trust the process was quite challenging because he couldn't see the changes his body was making with his own eyes, but once he saw his progress pictures side-by-side he quickly gained confidence in himself. He was finally able to wear his favourite pair of jeans for the first time in a long time. He's learned a lot about healthy eating, proportions and his own body. Well-done!
From the 2 months I coached him he lost 9.6kg; 12.5cm off his waist and 4cm off his hips!
