Bellslea Fixture 05/08/2022

We have a home fixture tomorrow at 7pm against Elizabethan FC, the game was supposed to be at James Ramsay but as a result of the pitches being u playable we have had to give up home advantage due to the pitches at JRP being an absolute shambles,

These are some of the photos taken tonight whilst checking the pitch, Aberdeenshire Council seriously need to look at this before someone has a very serious injury as a result

Following on from some recent good form Bellslea faced Invercairn tonight with a much depleted side, Bellslea suffered a disappointing 3-1 defeat,

Bellslea showed some great grit and determination to come back from a 1-0 deficit to win 5-1 in what in the end was a commanding victory,

Bellslea went onto score 5 very good goals with some clinical finishes,

Bellslea 3 Elizabethan 0

After a run of poor league results of late,

Bellslea eventually got the win which will hopefully spur the guys on,

In what was a very good convincing win, which on another night could have been more than 3 if not for some poor finishing and some great saves from Martin Sinclair in the Elizabethan goal,

Result for our game last night

Bellslea 5 New Deer 0

Bellslea opened the scoring after 3 minutes when Reece Duncan was played through by Dylan Ritchie to finish well past the keeper,

Reece Duncan then made it 2-0 when he unleashed a shot from 25 yards which appeared to catch the New Deer keeper by surprise,

Bellslea then made it 3-0 after 39 minutes when a Reece Duncan free kick was parried into the path of Darren Anderson who finished well from 8 yards out,

HT 3-0

The start of the second half proved to be a bit scrappy, Bellslea did create a few good chances but they were denied by some excellent goalkeeping by the New Deer goalkeeper who was in great form.

Bellslea made it 4-0 when Dylan Ritchie scored with a smart finish from a through pass by Reece Duncan on 65 minutes,

Bellslea then finished the scoring on 80 minutes when Reece Duncan finished his hat trick,

We have a few more chances before the final whistle only to be denied again by the New Deer goalkeeper
