Even after nailing it through the week, smashing the gym and even prepping your meals.

Yet every Monday is the same story….like watching the end of a Star is Born, your in tears.😭

Yes, I did shed a tear or thousand, don’t judge me.

It’s not your lack of effort it’s your lack of accuracy tracking.

Get your tracker app open and use that scale, don’t be lazy and watch your Monday weigh ins be less dramatic than an episode of the Traitors.

Be carful of the food comparison videos epidemic 😷

Let’s not miss the forest for the trees 🌲

Comparing low volume against high volume foods sounds correct on paper.

HOWEVER!

At the end of the day as long as your in a calorie deficit that’s all that matters for fat loss.

If that means having low volume high calorie snacks keeps that happening then that’s the best food choice for YOU!
