Meet Rebecca!
For the past 5 years, Rebecca has been a huge part of the gym community. Through different seasons of life, including becoming a mum, one thing she never lost was her commitment to showing up.
After pregnancy, like many mums, Rebecca wanted to feel like herself again, strong, confident and capable. Instead of rushing the process, she kept doing what works best… staying consistent.
Bringing her baby along to the Mums Class, Rebecca has rebuilt her strength step by step. Being able to be social & enjoying fitness. The coaches here to guide her, adjust training when needed and point her in the right direction, she’s been able to train safely while still pushing herself.
Now she’s feeling fit, strong and confident again just like her pre-pregnancy self.
Proof that you don’t have to choose between being a mum and taking care of yourself. Sometimes it just means bringing your little training partner along for the ride 👶
