For years I kept these hid away because displaying them always made me feel like showing off.

I see them differently now. They represent 7 years of hard work, sacrifice, highs and lows, and a bodybuilding journey I’m proud of.

And this journey wasn’t done alone. I’ve had great coaches, good friends, clients and plenty of support along the way

I’m also really proud of what our gym has become, not just a gym, but a great community.

We appreciate the support always💙

One final show next Sunday.

Just a wee update for all those that drive to the gym.

On street parking in all the streets around the gym is now a 2 hour limit. Which means no more chance of your car looking like this by the time you leave

🔴FRIENDLY REMINDER🔴

Please do not leave personal belongings at the reception desk.

This includes clothing, keys, purses, handbags, money, jewellery or any other personal items.

We’ve had a few instances where belongings left at reception have been picked up by mistake and taken home, creating unnecessary hassle getting them returned to the gym.

We also wont be held responsible if your personal Items are lost.

Pigeonholes are provided in the changing areas for your belongings, with CCTV coverage throughout the gym.

Training bags and gym bags must also be stored away and NOT left on the gym floor, as they can become a trip hazard and generally looks untidy.

Please also remember that only members of staff are permitted behind the reception desk at any time.

🔴There are NO exceptions🔴

This helps us keep the reception area clear and the gym floor safe and tidy for everyone.

🚨 IMPORTANT PARKING UPDATE 🚨

We’ve had ongoing issues with people using the private car park behind the gym.

This car park is STRICTLY for flat tenants and gym staff only.

Due to complaints from residents not having access to their own spaces:

The back gate code has now been changed

Access is no longer available to gym members

We recommend using another parking area , there are a few within a minutes walk.

Stop skipping those steps lol

Please also be aware

⚠️ Double yellow lines at the side of the gym are active

Parking here may result in a ticket

We appreciate your cooperation with this — it keeps things fair for everyone and avoids unnecessary issues.
