🚨 IMPORTANT PARKING UPDATE 🚨

We’ve had ongoing issues with people using the private car park behind the gym.

This car park is STRICTLY for flat tenants and gym staff only.

Due to complaints from residents not having access to their own spaces:

The back gate code has now been changed

Access is no longer available to gym members

We recommend using another parking area , there are a few within a minutes walk.

Stop skipping those steps lol

Please also be aware

⚠️ Double yellow lines at the side of the gym are active

Parking here may result in a ticket

We appreciate your cooperation with this — it keeps things fair for everyone and avoids unnecessary issues.

Imagine stepping out this summer, radiating confidence, happiness, fitness and mental strength, just like Silvija.

Ive got a couple of in person spots left, and online spots available now.

Silvija will tell you herself, shes no different from any of you. The only thing she's done that you haven't, is ask for my help, follow the guidance given, and smashed it clean out of the park.

I will make this as easy as I can for you, and be on your shoulder every step of the way, but I can't help if you dont ask

Right so.....it's january.....now what?

For the vast majority of people.....it's gonna be the same old story.

Half the year spent waiting for january only for it to arrive and ya do f**k all when it gets here.

But it doesn't have to be like that this year.

Its well proven that those that enlist the help of a coach have a much higher chance of actually seeing it through.

Thats where I come in.

Ive got (very limited) space on the floor for in person, and unlimited space for online coaching available now.
