Your body doesn’t get stronger during training — it gets stronger recovering from it.
If your sleep is poor, your stress is high, your body is constantly sore and your energy is flat, eventually performance starts dropping too.
Recovery isn’t weakness. It’s biology.
Look after your body. Train hard, absolutely… but not at the expense of the one thing you’re trying to improve in the first place.
