RING ABC’S DANNY MCGILLOWAY COMPLETES THE WATERSIDE HALF MARATHON!

Danny McGilloway has gone the distance, powering through the Waterside Half Marathon and crossing the finish line in an outstanding 2 hours.

That’s 13.1 miles of grit, determination and sheer heart — the same qualities Danny brings to the ring every time he trains and competes. He dug deep, kept pushing and delivered a fantastic achievement for himself and Ring ABC.

We couldn’t be prouder, Danny! You’ve shown incredible commitment and proved once again that champions are built through hard work, discipline and determination.

Everyone at Ring ABC, get behind Danny and give him the huge congratulations he deserves! Well done, Danny — what an achievement.

Folks, A reminder to everyone using the boxing ring and training area: the canvas is not a storage space. Bags, bottles, equipment, clothing, and other items should not be left on the ring canvas unless they are needed for training at that moment.

The rules are there for a reason — to maintain safety, respect the facility, and ensure everyone has a clean and professional environment to train in. A cluttered ring creates unnecessary hazards and shows a lack of consideration for coaches, boxers, and others using the gym.

Please take responsibility for your own belongings and follow the gym rules at all times. Respect for the club starts with respect for the space and the standards we all share
