As a personal trainer, one of the biggest things I like to remind people is training shouldn’t only be about body image 📸
Yes, physical changes can happen but health & fitness is about so much more than just aesthetics.
I’ve seen people train to become stronger, move pain-free, recover from injury, improve their mental health, build confidence, prepare for sport, or simply feel better in everyday life.
Every goal matters, and everyone’s journeys are different .
Don’t spend your life chasing someone else’s version of “perfect” and forget to actually live your own. Focus on training in a way that adds to your life, not controls it.
At the end of the day, you’ll regret the moments you didn’t live far more than the extra meal, the missed workout, or not looking exactly how social media says you should.
