Big shout out to our member Adrian Sicinski on his win this weekend at NABBA wales, where he took 1st place! Dedication and hard work is just the beginning, the real achievement is staying humble and hungry for more. That’s why he was back at the gym at 8 o’clock the next morning this lad is built different!!
17 years old and already showing people what dedication, determination and hard work means.
1 day later and he’s already locked in and focused on smashing the NABBA British Finals on June 13th. There’s only 1 word for this, and that’s inspirational! Well done and we look forward to continue watching and being part of your journey 👊🏼

Well, we’ve been abit quiet on social media but there’s certainly still lots going on behind the scenes! 3 brand new pieces landing this month 2 of which will definitely take your tricep game to the next level💪🏼 And last but as always not least, we are working hard to level up the ab section so an additional piece is coming there too. We’l say it time and time again the work never stops to be Daventry’s number 1 gym!!

The new custom tricep dip station, built by one of the best in the game WGEquipment, is almost here! hopefully should be delivered in the next couple of days, so keep an eye out on the gym floor!

Rumours are circling that we're done with the upgrades now, but the truth is we're only just getting started! So we thought it was only right to let you in on a little secret the Gun Vault aka “the arm room” is being upgraded next, with some serious inventory that will make the local gyms equipment look like toys 😜🤣 deposits have been made and equipment has been ordered….. watch this space!!!
