e) over coming fears and misunderstandings. They have completely changed their life's and have been able to take control, and be in charge of their life's! I am also a fully Qualified Personal Trainer and I have been teaching over the last ten years, and have been developing myself in all of the different areas of Health and Fitness, ranging from low impact (Medical Referral) to high endurance and muscular fatiguing. All areas of exercise are important, as it helps to develop ourselves in our own unique ways. And as humans we have our own likes and dislikes, skills and attributes, all of which make us individuals. When we train to achieve our goals it is helpful to have the right method scheme, and the right approach. The different method schemes benefit us as they are designed to suite our own needs and expectations, wether its training low impact (Tai Chi) or high endurance ( Boxercise / Circuit Training ). It's about finding what suits you and what you enjoy, if the mind is right, the time will be right. I always recommend that its important to have a little fun whilst exercising as it helps us to enjoy our development, making it fun and not a chore. The atmosphere of where you train plays a big part in your development as it helps encourage as well as comfort, its how, where and what is involved in your sessions which makes exercise more fun. Adapting a formula to what is better for you is the best way of reaching your results in a more positive, safe and an effective way. A balanced mind (focused and content) makes a balanced body (agile and fluent) bringing peace and happiness to ourselves, and the people around us. Decreasing stress and tension is important as it allows us to enjoy life and grow in our own way, bringing clarity and wisdom.
