Well done to everyone that competed on Sunday at CCA's interclub. There was a great vibe to the room and some good matches. I'm even more excited about Summerslam this weekend after that. It's gonna be amazing.

What a great weekend in the sunshine at .bjj.camp a few weeks ago. I did a solo mission for some R and R spliced with training BJJ twice a day. Caught up with some of the boys from and professor Jamie Taylor, and met some great lads along the way. Give the guys at the training camp a follow. I would highly recommend it. I'll be trying to get out later in the year but if not I'll be taking a squad next year. Get in touch if you would like to join me. ☀️☀️❤️❤️
