💪💪💪 CALLING ALL PILATES BEGINNERS! 💪💪💪

If you've been thinking about trying pilates.....now is a great time to start!! I'm currently signing up for my next block starting 4th September - and it includes a class designed for complete beginners or those who prefer to take the slower pace and to nail that form and precision. This class will run on a Friday morning at 10.30am in Eight Ash Green so do get in touch if this sounds like something that could work for you!

Exciting day tomorrow with the re-opening of Eight Ash Green village hall at 2pm! I will be there - come and say hi, and / or ask any questions you might have regarding classes!
Pilates classes start this week in Eight Ash Green FREE FIRST CLASS!! - Tuesday 6pm (beginners workshop) and 7pm (pilates for all,) Friday morning 9.30 (improvers) and 10.40am (pilates for all.)
Do get in touch if you might be interested in joining us......
I'm looking forward to meeting some newcomers to pilates as well as seeing some 'old' familiar faces!!
