Personal training sessions are more in depth than a class and gives me the opportunity to concentrate on your specific goals, track your progress and provide support with nutrition and exercise plans. If you need some guidance and encouragement or have a goal in mi

nd personal training is ideal as it provides a tailored plan and one on one support. It really helps having someone to guide you and keep you focused. As a runner myself I understand the importance of strengthening your core so if you have entered a race and want to improve on you PB or looking to do a marathon and need to ensure you can go the distance I can support you with tailored exercises to strengthen and in turn increase your stamina, distance and speed.

Circuit training classes are made up of high intensity cardio and resistance training with weights. Cardio improves fitness and helps to shred fat and the weights help to tone and improve strength providing an all over body workout. The classes start with a warm up and onto the circuit which comprises of 5 or more stations. During the class you will make your way round each station to complete a circuit, finishing with exercises that concentrate on your core and a cool down. The classes are challenging but fun so come and join us. Personal Training: Initial consultation & fitness test Β£30

He ran a brilliant time in the 10k Sunday .
Then ran tue, wed and now this morning.
I thought he would be worn out " oh no", he was running at race pace. I'm
Shattered .

So guys, get up, move them legs and prove to yourselves "U CAN" do whatever u put your mind to.
