🚨 Something exciting is just around the corner… 🚨

Well… not quite around the corner, but just down the road to Ardleigh! 🎉

We’re excited to announce that we’ll be moving and upgrading from our Dedham site to our brand-new unit in Ardleigh.

Our new space will offer:
✨ A more open-plan layout
☀️ A brighter, more welcoming environment
🚗 Easier road access
💪 The same private, high-quality personal training in our best-equipped private studio yet

We can’t wait to share more updates with you over the coming week and officially welcome all of our amazing Dedham clients to our new home.

📍 We are now accepting new enquiries for our Ardleigh site – with limited availability.

Our Brantham site will continue to run as usual.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported our business over the last 4 years, allowing us to deliver over 10,000 personal training sessions. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without you, and we’re so excited for this next chapter.

Apologies we’ve been a bit quiet on here lately… 👀

The start of the new year has been non-stop with our client base pushing to almost full capacity! So socials have taken a bit of a back seat.

That said, we’re committed to being more consistent on here moving forward 🙌
