What an awesome day Sunday was to be part of Craig's charity bootcamp! It was a pleasure to join some other fantastic Personal trainers in helping to put on this brilliant event! Over £1000 raised for some great and very worthwhile charities! 👌💪

As 2025 draws to a close I would like to wish all my clients a happy and healthy new year! Its been a privilege working with you all and seeing the improvements you have made over the days, weeks and months. It was also great to attend the local summer fetes including West Bergholt, Layer and Eight Ash Green and seeing so many enthusiastic young people having a crack at my challenges!
