Taking this opportunity to celebrate Poppy!

Poppy started training with me back in December, and in just over 6 months time, her progress has been fantastic.

Before starting with me, she mainly stuck to cardio and felt a little intimidated by the weights section of gyms, as a lot of people are.

Since then, she's followed the programme religiously, consistently and has absolutely smashed it.

From never having done a Romanian Deadlift, to being able to lift 90kg, more than 1.5x her bodyweight, to being able to lift nearly 60kg on her squat, 80kg on her hip thrust and even getting to the point where pull ups are just second nature.

Not only that, but she's now pushing herself professionally as well as physically and will be starting her dream job soon!

It's been an absolute pleasure seeing her dedication to the programme and the progress she's made from it that she completely deserves.

Looking forward to seeing just how far she can go!
