Wow ๐Ÿ˜ฎ that was a real struggle today!
4 days off from training and it showed ๐Ÿ˜ž.
Still got 105kgs on there but it felt double that and the carpet felt like quicksand!! ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ค
Even though the first session back is really tough, Rest is key to your progress and aids with recovery.
