Another busy week for our junior sides, with wins, some brilliant individual performances and unfortunately a little bit of weather disruption along the way!
📅 Monday 24th August
🏏 Under 15s v Lowerhouse CC — WON BY 22 RUNS
Clitheroe won the toss and elected to bat, finishing on an excellent:
131/0 from 16 overs
A superb effort from the top order:
👏 Finley Bramhall — 30 retired not out
👏 Charlie Sutherland — 32 retired not out
👏 Austin Ashe — 31 retired not out
👏 Jake Scott — 22 not out
👏 Julian Devine — 10 not out
Lowerhouse battled well in reply but finished on 109/3 from 16 overs.
Finley Bramhall picked up two wickets, while Jake Scott claimed another — clean bowling one of the Lowerhouse openers.
🌟 Special mention also to Kaine Yeoman, who bowled 3 overs and conceded just 8 runs.
A brilliant all-round team performance against the side sitting second in the league 🏏

Ribblesdale Wanderers came away with the win by 28 runs.

One fixture against Longridge was unfortunately abandoned, with both sides receiving a point.
The U13s were also in action again against Longridge and produced a fantastic result:
Clitheroe — 135/1 from 18 overs
Longridge — 113/4 from 18 overs

Unfortunately this fixture was cancelled, with both sides receiving a point.
💚💛 Well done to all of our junior players who represented the club this week, and a huge thank you as always to the coaches, scorers, parents and volunteers who make these games possible.
There’s plenty to be proud of across our junior section as we head towards the end of the season 🏏👏
