Can anyone help out?
My lovely daughter Maddie Paige and her partner Ted need to move to London in the next few months.
They are struggling to find a 1 bed flat in London to rent long term, possibly upto 4 years.
Any of my friends out there got a flat in the smoke they'd like to let out?
Ted is doing his PhD and Maddie works for the BBC.

It's Knott Winter is now live on BC for anyone who would like to enter.
The first 20 entries will receive £10 credit to spend in the shop.
I did make amendments from previous events but for some reason the changes weren't saved (driver error) and can't change them manually, I have to go through BC on Monday.
So, there is a hot meal back at the shop and a feed stop half way round all included in your £15(£5) entry.
Any profits will be split between Prostrate Cancer research and BBCIC.
Also TGJ logo shouldn't be on there, I'll try and sort it Monday.

Bowland Bikes Community Interest Company (CIC), a not for profit organisation, has taken over the building, shop, cafe and workshop.

They are running limited opening hours whilst they find their feet, Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

Please give them your support, as they strive to be a hub for community.

Coming up next week is a somewhat niche event combining pies, cyclo-cross, darkness, peas and bright lights!

On Weds 14th September we're helping Hope to run a fun evening of Cyclo-Cross racing. There are separate races for adults, youth and under-12s on an exciting new course in the town of Barnoldswick, home to Hope.

Entry fees are £5 for all under-16s and £8 for adults and this includes a pie and pea supper for every rider. Come along, race and then enjoy the food and post-race banter on site.

Rumour has it, this will be the venue for the December National Trophy 'Cross, originally scheduled for Broughton. So you might be getting a bonus recce on top of a good evening of fun!
