The only downside… unfortunately the pitch will be out of bounds as it undergoes its important summer recovery programme ahead of the new season. 🌱⚽

Renowned Striker Joins the Blues

We are delighted to announce the signing of proven striker Jason Gilchrist, who joins the Blues after agreeing terms with the club. The 31-year-old arrives from Ashton United, despite attracting significant interest from clubs at higher levels.

Jason began his career in the youth systems of Manchester City and Burnley before making his mark at FC United. His impressive performances earned him moves to Southport and later South Shields. He has also represented York City and Buxton, building a reputation as one of the most clinical finishers in non-league football at Steps 2 and 3.

An England C international, Jason brings a wealth of experience, quality, and goalscoring pedigree to the squad, and we are excited to welcome him to the club.
