Set off from Sadgill and up over Shipman Knotts, Kentmere Pike, Harter Fell, down to Gatescarth Pass, up over Branstree, Gail's Knott and Selside Knott. Dropped down to Mosedale and along the valley past Mosedale Cottage, before then picking up the track down Longsleddale. Spent much time observing two herds of deer on the NE slopes of Tarn Crag. Great day out .
