Our orienteering challenge is on 21st of November. This off-season bit of fun is for teams of up to 3 people £15 per team. You have two hours to find and record locations around Chester which have various points weighting to them. After two hours the team with the most points are the winners. You lucky lot! New gym equipment has arrived in our studio and we can’t wait to start using it! Would really love to add some new classes to our timetable specifically and a bar pump style class, so let us know your thoughts and when you would like to see this in schedule.

Firstly, thank you as always for making ian and myself feel as though we’re doing a good job, we can tell that you missed us while we were away with the comments that we’ve received this week and it was good to be back. Ian had a really interesting client in the gym today. Jonathan Kemp London is currently walking 4200km around the UK and Ireland raising awareness about mental health and neurodiversity. We wish him all the best in his challenge and we hope he feels better after his massage with ian. Please check out his socials and send him some support

Hope you have all had a good week break from us, but now it’s time to get back too it. Ian and myself back for classes and appointments as of Monday. Already spaces are filling up so you have obviously missed us so get booking. Looking forward to seeing you all next week.

A quick reminder that there is no classes on this coming week as me and ian are taking a short break to recharge the batteries. We look forward to returning the first week of August ready and raring to go. Look forward to seeing you all then.

A date for your diaries . Optimum health coaching orienteering challenge! Saturday 21st November starting at 11am. In teams of 3 max, You have 2 hours to find and record as many locations as you can. With each location scoring weighted points, will your team go for the big scoring further locations or will you go for the nearer but smaller scoring locations. Each team of 3 people must send picture evidence of each location and also solve the question related to where you are. If your late your disqualified so how much will you risk!!!??? £15 entry per team and prizes will be given to the top 3 plus extras. Please email claire to find out more and to enter your team.

Thank you to all the incredible women that joined us yesterday for our try on and talk at we had a fantastic supportive group of ladies and I hope you all took away some extra knowledge from the day. I certainly learnt a few things!

Super excited about next weeks women’s day event at alongside There’s lots going on and you can come and go throughout the day. Here is the schedule. Starting the day at 11am with doing a talk about their bras and the opportunity to try them on. Noon your able to try the bra with options for a social run or doing a strength class with myself after some lunch and quick break we start again at 1:30pm with a talk by myself on fuelling your training/race. Next up we have Gail from Nutrition for Health talking about nutrition for perimenopause and beyond and then lastly, around 3:30pm I will be talking about why we should all be strength training. Closing with a Q&A session. The strength class is the only part that needs pre booking so please DM me or email [email protected] if you would like any further information about the day then please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
