🎄 Christmas Group Training Timetable Update
This year, we’ve scaled back the group fitness timetable slightly so we can continue to support your health and wellbeing while also taking time to look after our own a little :-)
It’s been one heck of a year — Liz has joined us as Studio Manager, we’ve launched our Beginner Strength Training Programme, I completed my MSc (and passed — woo! 🎓), and I’ve taken on an exciting new role consulting with Barclays on their wellbeing strategy. Phew!
We’ve got some great updates coming in January… but for now, we're getting prepped for a short, well-earned break.
Please book yourselves on as normal and make sure you cram those end of year classes in. All those on a personal training membership - your PT will be in touch about Xmas/NY changes 💚
