We all absolutely smashed it! Got myself a cheeky PB official chip time 27:21! Actually in disbelief- my previous was 28:50!

Well done to my wonderful friend and client who set herself a target and absolutely nailed it!

Over 10kg DOWN 🤯🔥

Tabs has officially lost over 10kg! When she picked up a 10kg plate the other day, she couldn’t believe she used to carry that around every single.
 That’s energy. That’s confidence. That’s consistency paying off.

Becky has lost 5 stone in a year 🤯 and I couldn’t be prouder! Her commitment and resilience has been incredible to witness. I am beyond honoured to be a part of her journey. It has been incredible to watch her confidence grow both inside, and outside of the gym. I wish we could build a time machine so this version of Becky could have a conversation with the old one and tell her all the things that ‘will never be me’ have now become daily staples in her life!
