Since 2010 Anneli Dance have been offering a range of fitness classes which are fun and offer an opportunity for everyone to enjoy getting fit regardless of age and abilities. Based in Cheltenham our FREESTYLE class is a fun, non-stop high energy dance session to your favourite dance and chart classics. Moves are easy to follow providing a great fat burning workout to an awesome non-stop playlist.

FREESTYLE runs on Monday and Wednesday at 7pm at Anneli Dance Studio, Cheltenham. First class is free so come along and give it a try :)

Happy Sunday freestylers 💥

I hope we are all well.

As some of you may already know, the school will be closed this coming week due to Cheltenham races & difficulty getting to and from the studio. However, I would still like to run fit tomorrow evening 7-8pm depending on attendance.

Please can those who wish to attend let me know via private message by 9am tomorrow morning, I will then confirm wether class will be going ahead or not.

Hi all!

Unfortunately due to extremely low attendance I am sorry to say that class tonight on this bank holiday will NOT be running.

All other classes at CLR resume back tomorrow. I look forward to seeing you next week when class WILL be running as normal 💥💃🏻

P.S- I have had a few song requests for future routines, please do pop some below if you have any and I’ll try my best to use them some weeks 😊
