Dan Knight PT Dan Knight is a Certified Level 4 Personal Trainer and Sports Scientist with over 3 years experience. Currently based at the The Gym, Cheltenham.

I am a certified level 4 Personal Trainer with a Sport Science Degree from Loughborough University. I have accumulated over 8 years experience delivering personalised workouts on a one to one basis as well as group exercise sessions with up to 20 participants. I have worked from a variety of facilities; large commercial gyms, an independent body building gym, home workouts and a private 1-2-1 stud

io. Alongside my role as Head Coach at Virgin Active I will now be providing a service from Purley Sports club within their newly refurbished gymnasium. It is an excellent, personable facility where you can train with me without the added cost of gym membership. I specialise in metabolic conditioning training; an individualised blend of “cardiovascular” and “resistance” training. Working with my clients I develop a long term, sustainable plan to achieve and maintain any goals. I have recorded much success within the following areas; fat loss, muscle hypertrophy, mobility, strength and sport specific improvements. I am confident that I will be able to use my knowledge and expertise to help you reach your aspirations. Anyone wanting to get Fit and get some mojo back..check this out I've been doing these quick routines the last 2 months and feel so much better! It's also time efficient! See below
