“You shouldn’t life weights when you’re pregnant” ❌
This is one of the biggest myths out there when it comes to training in pregnancy! Of course it isn’t the time to be going for PBs, however if you’re feeling good and have no complications/contraindications, it is not only perfectly safe but HUGELY beneficial for you and your growing baby to strength train and keep fit/active 💪🏼💪🏼
