When an amazing guest instructor walks in and absolutely owns the room. 👑

Whilst Niki and Chris were busy definitely not sitting on a beach somewhere (whoops how did that pic get in there...), the incredible Elizabeth from Krav Academy took the M-Power Thursday class and absolutely smashed it.

Yesterday's class covered attacks from stone type objects and by all accounts the energy in that room was something else. 💥

Elizabeth you are an absolute legend. The class loved every second and we couldn't be more grateful to have such a talented instructor stepping in for us 👊

This is what the Krav Maga community looks like at its best, instructors supporting instructors, students getting the very best regardless of who's running the show 🔥

Introducing the new MACE programme Elbows: Precision & Power.

Tonight we launched the first session of the brand new M-Power Agility, Combat and Endurance programme and Chris came with a plan. 💥

Basic elbow strikes. Repped until they're sharp. Then built into combinations until they flow. Simple in concept. Brutal in practice. 👊

This is what MACE is about. Not just fitness. Not just technique. Both. Together. At the same time. Until your body learns to do it without thinking.

Monday's family class just got an E2 upgrade.

This week Niki brought more Expert 2 level techniques straight to the Barn at Highdown, this time Stick Threats.

Because at M-Power we don't just run through the same session week after week. We evolve. We update. We keep our students ahead of the curve. 💥

And who better to teach it than the only female Expert 2 in the country, bringing the very latest techniques directly from the highest level of Krav Maga training straight to our students in Reading. 🇬🇧

Saturday morning we went straight to the top of the Syllabus.

One G1 pistol threat. One E2 pistol threat. Advanced, technical and a serious reminder of just how deep Krav Maga goes. 💥

Because progression matters — but so does excitement. Giving our students a taste of what lies ahead keeps the fire burning and the motivation locked in.

Monday night we took the class outside and decided to cool everyone down. Just not quite in the way you'd expect.

At M-Power we train for real situations. What would you do if you had a drink launched in your face without warning, designed to shock, disorient and leave you vulnerable.

Not our students. Not anymore. 💥

Chris turned a scorching Monday evening into a practical and memorable session. Soaking wet and better for it. 👊
