A lot of the fitness advice we grew up hearing just doesn’t fit real life for many women anymore.

Not because your body is “broken.”

And not because women suddenly can’t get results in their 40s and beyond.

But because life often looks very different now.
✨ More stress
✨ More responsibilities
✨ Less sleep
✨ More sitting
✨ Less time for yourself
✨ Looking after everyone else first

So while the principles of health and fat loss haven’t magically changed…

Kate didn’t come to Strong Women’s Club to change how she looked. She came because a back injury had made her old workouts hurt more than they helped, and she knew she needed a smarter way to train as she got older.

A few months in, she’s:

• Lifting weights she never expected to (the hex bar’s her favourite, pull-ups not so much)
• Eating better through small lifestyle tweaks, not another diet
• Training in a way that’s built around her body, even working around a small operation

That’s what progress looks like here. Not perfection, nor pressure. Just building strength that carries into real life, so she can show up healthy for herself and set the example she wants for her kids.

But they stay for something else.

The feeling of being supported. The consistency. The people around them.

At Strong Women’s Club, it’s never just about the workout. It’s walking into a room where people know your name. Where someone notices when you’ve had a tough week. Where women genuinely cheer each other on.

There’s a moment a lot of women don’t talk about. When your body starts to feel different. Less strong, less capable and less like you. It’s easy to think it’s just part of getting older. But more often, it’s simply a loss of strength over time.
