Afternoon,

We get a lot of messages asking when our classes are so here’s our current timetable.

Also a reminder to our members on class times as we have a number of children arriving late for the classes they are a part of.

We have a waiting list at the moment - but if you want to join us just drop a message and we’ll add you on.

Hey Guys,

Just a heads up - we will be closed on Monday for the Bank Holiday - but classes for the rest of the week will still go ahead. The only class not happening is the girls only 4pm-5pm class on Tuesday.

Morning Guys,

We are noticing attendance dropping from some members. We are now at a point that we have a huge waiting list and won’t be holding spaces. If you do not let us know why your child/ you are not attending and you miss 2 consecutive sessions you will loose your space.

When joining us you agreed to a commitment of 2 sessions minimum per week and some are not doing this. We have been lenient for a long time - but now we are stopping others joining us as that’s just not fair.

We also understand it’s exam season - however an hour of physical activity is excellent for the brain and to help release stress and anxiety - so please do try to attend your sessions.

All members should be arriving to the gym with a skipping rope and gum shield - these are the basics needed for boxing. We are a boxing gym and you will be required to spar (unless we have been told about any exemptions to this).

We are going to be toughening up on this. So take this as a warning - don’t turn up - loose your space!!!!

Also a big well done to Carys who’s an original member of the Phoenix but now with the RAF!!
