When I look at this picture from ten years ago today, there are so many emotions for the woman I see in front of me. 🥹

This is the photo from the day I certified as a personal trainer, standing with my own PT coach, the day I had no idea would become the beginning of everything.

This decade has been the most profound decade of transformation in my 50 years.

The growth.
The grief.
The lessons.
The shedding.
The wins.
The losses.
The tears.
The laughter.

Honestly, Sahir today is a completely different woman to Sahir of 2016.

2016 was also the year of my first collapse, the one that set me on this path of turning my pain into purpose.

That changed the trajectory of my life, and I have never looked back.

If I could say one thing to her, it would be this:

You have no idea what you’re about to become. Hold on. It’s going to be worth it.

What would you say to the version of you from ten years ago? 💛
